You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Modern Notion, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and content providers harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Modern Notion with respect to the use of the Site and its Content.
Modern Notion may assign or delegate these Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without Your consent. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy without Modern Notion’s prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by You is void.
In all cases, users acknowledge the intended spirit and intent of this Site, and agree to its use in accordance with these stated principles. All participants agree to withdraw from commenting on this Site when they no longer comply with the Terms of Service. Modern Notion reserves the right to terminate access to any user who does not abide by these rules, or who no longer qualifies.
